Resigning maybe?

I got alot goin on right now, and I feel like I'm not even doing anything for this server. I advertise, but it doesn't do any good.
What do you guys think? Do you need me or not? :/

We didn't hire anyone to force them to do things for the server.
Nobody is forced to do anything.
It's just a thing they like.
If you have much going on in real life.
You should focus on that for a while and drop Divide till the matters IRL are done or well... fixed?

Not sure if everyone agrees with me so I put 'I' instead of 'we'.

I say deal with the problems you have and not resign cause as of now i know of at least 3 gm's thinking about resigning cause of who they just hired the other day and we don't need to loose active gm's on this server cause that will cause the servers population to drop more than it already has.

Although i don't know you, you were the first GM i saw online.
you seemed cool, and i really wish we could meet and become friends.
I honestly agree with the guys above me and feel that you should deal with the problems in real life first. take your time, don't rush. Another thing is that you have a team (or atleast i hope this place has a team). It's not just you, you shouldn't just take all responsibility in feeling like you're doing nothing. You're doing your part. You're trying your best by advertising for the server, and that's more than enough effort because you're trying to balance it out with your real life situtation.
If you'd like to leave, it's really up to you. If you'd like to stay, deal with the problems irl, chill, take a break. Don't stress, no rush.
I wish you luck, don't think too hard about it.
