NX Shop Problem Empty NX Shop Problem

When i purchased NX items at the [NX Store] insted from the other avatar person... i cannot find the item i just bought in my inventory.
is it because the shop not ready yet?

Did you double click the item in your NX Inventory box?

that is the problem, there are no items listed in the NX inventory but i know i purchased the equip.
