Have you tired using @dispose ?
Because when that happens to me , that usually fixxes it.

Even when I type @dispose
now, I am not sure about @dividems or @occupation as I never used them. But I know for a fact that @maxskills work. Try relogging.

they all work and @dividems is another command for the all in one NPC, so after re-logging and if it still does not work just use the command [@cody]
